  • ADVISE CLIENT IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE VISA CATEGORY THEY ARE INTERESTED IN AND GIVE THEM THE FORM.

  • ADVISE CLIENT AS TO THE DOCUMENTATION THEY SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THE EMBASSY / HIGH COMMISSION.

  • INFORM CLIENT ON THE PROCEEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION.

  • INFORM CLIENT OF THE APPROPRIATE VISA FEE.

 

Full Consultation: All Of The Above Plus -

  • ASSIST CLIENT TO FILL OUT FORMS.

  • GO THROUGH ALL DOCUMENTATION WITH THE CLIENT AND ADVISE IF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.

  • ASSIST CLIENT IN DRAFTING ANY LETTERS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED.

  • CONSOLIDATE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION READY FOR SUBMISSION.

 

Appeals

  • GO THROUGH THE REFUSAL NOTICE AND ASCERTAIN THAT CLIENT HAS THE RIGHT OF APPEAL.

  • FILL OUT APPEAL FORM WITH CLIENT AND ADVISE / COMPILE DOCUMENTATION NEEDED.

  • CONSOLIDATE APPEAL FORM / DOCUMENTS / LETTERS FOR SUBMISSION.

  • CLIENT TO BE GIVEN THE OPTION OF SUBMITTNG THE APPEAL THEMSELVES OR SUBMITTING VIA OUR OVERSEAS PARTNERS.

  • IF THE LATTER IS PREFERRED, CLIENT TO BE INFORMED OF THE OVERSEAS PARTNERS FEE.
